La posizione era eccellente e la camera ben riscaldata

La comunicazione con lo staff non è stata delle migliori, la camera non è stata ben pulita e alcuni elementi erano rotti (testiera e tapparella), ho trovato la camera rumorosa per il traffico in strada

La stanza è carina e calda. Comoda per il centro città. Il bar con la colazione offerta è un posto di qualità.

Il check in è un po' scomodo perché ci sono solo 3 disponibili, senza eccezioni. Non è possibile lasciare la valigia. Purtroppo non erano presenti prodotti per la doccia (mi sono lavata i capelli col sapone per le mani).

- Vicino al centro

- Proprietaria assente al check-in, sono dovuto andare a un bar vicino per ritirare le chiavi. - La tapparella della stanza si è rotta ed è caduta a metà del mio soggiorno. La proprietaria non ha fatto nulla per ripararla, sono rimasto per due giorni al buio. - Alla mia richiesta di avere una fattura per il mio soggiorno, la proprietaria prima ha cercato di prendere tempo, poi ha ignorato tutti i messaggi che le ho inviato. - La tassa di soggiorno riportata nella pagina booking è errata, una volta arrivato la proprietaria mi ha detto che il vero prezzo è più alto. Tra l'altro ha comunque provato a chiedermi più soldi del dovuto, per fortuna me ne sono accorto. - La "colazione inclusa" in realtà è soltanto per un giorno.
