Il bagno puzzava di fogna, immagino per un guasto. Il condizionatore era in condizioni pietose e la camera non si raffreddava neanche dopo ore di funzionamento.

Posizione vicina al centro, stanza pulita e confortevole e il personale ci è venuto incontro nelle nostre richieste.

La posizione è ottimale per visitare la città. La gestione logistica ottima, nessun problema

Giving a fair rating based solemnly on what we experienced - we did not get to fulfill our booking. Be wary of very very strict and non-flexible arrival times between 2-5pm. Furthermore, host is unresponsive to messages on portal, to messages from booking.com customer care, and the phone provided is of a property manager with no help provided whatsoever as they channel you to contact the owner through booking.com (regrettably, they do not answer through this medium). Attempts to rectify the situation and communicate with host were left unanswered; and there is no 24-hour front desk at the property (contrary to what is advertised on the page itself). Would not recommend to travellers as even the slightest delay can push you out of the 2-5pm check in time and they will cancel your booking.
