The location was very convenient. Not even 15min by foot from Bologna Central Station. Overall still a quieter area. The room had a pleasant size.

There was a request of data that had to be shared pre check-in which is totally fine. But despite following up on this with the instructions that were needed for the check-in, these only came as a response after chasing for it and not having been able to enter the property for quite some time. In the end there was no personal contact onsite which is overall fine if the instructions had just been shared more proactively. The "rooms" are located in a shared building with a communal area. In that area the receiver of the door bell is situated and it doesn't get muted in the night. I didn't have a pleasant night as far as the door bell rang numerous times between 1am and 8am. On top of that everything is very keen eared. There were definitely too few towels for my liking. There is no window in the room, but only a terrace door so to say, so you cannot get fresh air in without the lack of security. The furniture and Equipment in the room seemed all very cheap. Based on all of these experiences I would probably not stay at this property again.

It was near the train station and the city centre. I could do everything I wanted by foot.

The other guests made some noise at night and woke me up.

It was a very good experience in terms of location, comfort and facilities. It was very efficient in terms of price/performance. The host was very helpful in check-in and answered all my questions sincerely.

Perfect location in Bologna, walking distance to Bologna Centrale for Marconi Expres is ideal for morning flights. Large room and bathroom and garden-like space in front of the building with possibility to seat and relax. I also enjoyed contactless check-in.

Property is a little bit noisy, you can hear what is going on in neighboring rooms. And when with noise, fridge was a bit noisy, nothing serious.

The place was very clean, comfortable and organized. A woman cleaned the appartment every two/three days.

Honestly, everything was just fine there. The location is not very close to the city attractions, but it is still easy to reach it by bus or even in ~20 min by foot to the center.

The location was close to many bus stops and to a Carrefour supermarket. The bathroom was nice and the beds comfortable. The WiFi connection was good.

The air conditioner was not working properly. Getting into the room involved using three keys and it was pretty much like an escape room.
