The sound isolation inside the house is not so good, I could hear people walking upstairs as if they were in my room.

Excellent apartment with all basic facilities for a short stay. The host sent all instructions on time and communicated well. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Also, walking distance to the main train and the city center was very convenient. Highly recommend!

Nice location, close to the train station, quiet neighborhood and available places to eat and have coffee

The room we were in was very small, located literally below the roof of the building and with just the bed and one small deck and wardrobe. Bathroom was also small and the shower area wasn’t particularly clean. The room itself and the beds were neat and clean though.

Amazing accommodation with lovely staff. The host was available at any time and was eager to assist and help with anything. Accommodation was spacious and clean, and it's in the perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and Bologna central. The neighbourhood was very peaceful. Overall, a very good option for solo and couple travelers.

I thought this place is more like a hotel. But even though we had a private room and bathroom, it felt like a hostel. It was a 2 floor apartment with other rooms and neighbors. Our room was under the roof, very short ceiling, very small, not comfortable, stains on the bedspreads. At first we couldn’t find the main entrance cause there was no clear sign. Well, I would say it doesn’t worth its money, good that we stayed just 1 night as we were passing through.

The position was really good especially for the price.

The room was very noisy and we were disturbed by the other guests of the house. The bathroom was not properly clean.

Rather new furniture and equipment. Flexible check out (the manager agreed moving it from 10:30 to 11:30).

The room I booked (nr. 5) was nicely arranged but not appropriate for people 185 cm tall. It is a space under the roof, with sufficient ceiling height only at the very centre. The entry and bathroom doors are lower than normal (even have "mind your head" signs), and I could not stand straight in the front of the wc or in the shower....
