Unfortunately our air con didn’t work so had to change rooms. Only room in offer was the executive room at an extra cost.

Qu'il n'y avait pas de lampe de chevet, qu'il n'y avait pas de telecommande pour la climatiseur, que le shuttle, dont ils parlent dans leur message, est seulement pendant la journee, et pas la nuit...

Beach side, close to restaurants and pleasant walking experience

Punctuality of the staff. I was promised an early breakfast at 7:30 but ready at 8:00 and wasn't able to have breakfast as having to rush to airport at 8.

The location, the atmosphere

I felt mislead by the pictures of the rooms, where I thought I ordered a room with bathtub and fairly spacious and when I arrive there they tell me the pictures are not of the room I reserved but are just general pictures.

The location is spectacular. Birds chirp in the morning and I slept to the soothing sound of the lake. The staff (Kenneth ans Serena) wer really helpful. The meals have great portions

The breakfast was okay but could be more accommodating. and a bedside lamp would be a great addition
