They offered me spare shoes cause my got broken and wanted me to take them with me forever) - And all the facilities were of great quality. value for money is totally 10/10. - The location is also very nice, about 10 min walking from the central square and a very nice restaurant Baraqa/Baraqo (don't remember the exact name)

The owner was very nice and helpful. If you want to know the nice georgian family experience you must stay here. The property has a lovely natural surrounding and beautiful mountains. I really had a nice rest day in that place. I really recommend it !

Cozy guest house in a marvelous area of Kutaisi

Room was clean. Owners were nice and trying. The room has a nice patio.

The bathroom was outside the house, you had to cross the patio to reach it. Not a pleasant thing in October , when we arrived the bathroom wasn't cleaned. In the room there was no heating ( but we got extra blankets) and there is no place to store your belongings (only one small night stand. Hairdryer and cosmetics were not provided despite being in the accommodation offer. A parking place on the street which was sometimes taken by other cars.

Very nice room in silent neighborhood. Around 20-25min walk from city center.

Rooms were super clean!!! Good value for money. Tekla, the owner's daughter was very friendly and great to chat to.

X-tra blankets in the rooms as it got colder in the night. Bathrooms need a shower mat so that you don't slip or mess all over the place. As their are no shower curtains the bathroom gets quite wet so a mop or something similar to wipe the floor would also be great
