The host waited for our arrival till late hours as the roads were closed due to landscape fall. Rooms were clean and lovely. Highly recommend this place !

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building, home to the hosts family. There are several room options available, all of which are spacious. The building is roughly a 20-minute walk from the city center. Positioned slightly elevated from the center and overlooking the river, it offers a cooler respite on warmer days. It's situated near the dam, and crossing the dam provides access to the botanical garden on the other side of the river. Oleg is a wonderful host and a true Georgian; he even invited us to a genuine Georgian party :)

I think installing additional railings on the balcony would enhance safety, making it a more child-friendly space.

Luka is super nice host, very kind and available. The room is very clean and there is a lot of space for two people. We advise to go here!

We had a very pleasant stay. The Guest House was really clean, Location is excellent, staff was really nice: they even drove us to local restaurant in late evening! We really thank the owners for advising us places we could visit. Definitely will come back!!

Luca and his father are very accommodating. I stayed there for two nights, it is around 2km away from the center but location and view is great if you want to be away from the center. You can walk around and it is easy to locate.

Luka was a great host, we appreciated his personal approach and care. The room was great, good size, comfortable and clean. Good location, only a short walk to the city center. Great way to start our trip in Georgia.
