The only problem we experienced there was no hot water at times

The room interior was very tastefully done and with great thought to customer comfort requirements. The basic infrstructure was very good.

The service was very poor for the following reasons: 01) We were initially provided rooms on the first floor but there was no lift or help to carry bag / baggage. Senior citizens on a long vacation, like us, would require help. After that, a room was provided on the ground floor. 02) The ground floor room provided had a balcony that overlooked a construction site and could not be used (photograph attached). When we asked for another room (even if it meant going to a smaller room), it was refused. The hosts could have checked and upgraded a guest from a smaller room and then they would have had two happy customers. 03) When we had an extra cup of coffee and requested another milk sachet, it was refused saying that replenishment happens only once in the morning.

The property is good however owner needs to tlk softly and be with welcoming attitude She was bit rude to the people or guest
