We had trouble sleeping as the terrace was rented out for a private event and they were loud until over half past midnight. Also no shampoo or bath shower is provided so make sure you bring your own stuff

Perfect location, friendly staff and clean cosy room. They also had a living room with lots of toys for our little ones to indulge in. A roof terrace with an amazing view where one can comfortably enjoy a lovely glass of Sardinian wine or beer. Highly recommend!

Shower was a little small

The terrace in the city with the views was awesome! The room fit our family well, and the “living room” with toys was great for our two little boys on the rainy day we had while there.

All was great! Only negative was that the keys were a little finicky and had to be in the door just right to turn.

It was central. The beds were comfortable. The AC works well, and was needed! There was a lovely terrace up on the roof with a common kitchenette with complimentary coffee. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. It seemed clean, but because it's so old it's a little hard to appreciate.

The whole building is very old and gives the impression of being dilapidated and dingy. There is an ancient lift, which however works, slowly. Breakfast is misleading. You are given a token to have breakfast at a coffee shop across the street, where we were told that we have a drink and croissant included and obviously would need to pay for anything over and above. We took the offered fare but it then turned out that each person has only €2.70 to spend, which didn't cover it of course. There's the option of refusing breakfast at the outset and being refunded for it, but that's beside the point.

Very nice palce in the center of Cagliari

Very good location, terrace is very nice, room is colourful. At the terrace level there is fully equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq, also an espresso machine.

The room was lovely and quiet, we had a problem with the shower however we did not complain as we only had 1 night there. the Breakfast is served at a bar across the street which was good as well.
