La Terrazza Sul Porto

Great location. Very close to train station, restaurants, shops and also buses to the beach. The terrace is nice to decompress and relax. Breakfast was coffee and pastry, maybe not full of options but nice to have with kids who want to eat in the morning and you don't have to think about where to go. AC works, beds are clean. Our room was a bit dark, but we didn't spend much time there anyway.

I do not eat sweet breakfasts, but the croissants were lovely. You can cook in the kitchen if you get enough of them. The location is perfect; you can buy the bus tickets across the road in the Tabaco shop near the coffee shop where you eat breakfast. The bus takes about 20 minutes to Poetto Beach, which is lovely. You can take the train to Cagliari from the airport and return in 10 minutes. The tickets are not expensive!

The wifi is poor, but when you are on holiday, it is not that important

Excellent location on a beautiful street, close to train station, marina, lots of bars and resteraunts and other sites. All walkable! Breakfast is at Cafe across the road which was simple, local and friendly. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children and we had our own bathroom. On the same level there was a shared lounge with toys which our children loved. Up stairs is a shared kitchen and gorgeous balcony with plenty of space to sit, relax, eat, etc. Pier was really friendly and available to ask any questions. They also let us store our luggage which was great.

The location is great, roof top terrace with amazing view. Comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Breakfast can be refunded.

The shower was tiny. And leaking. The door lock downstairs needs "a special trick" in order to unlock it. Breakfast in the nearby bar includes a cup of coffee and a small pastry. But you can get breakfast refunded and eat elsewhere.

Although I announced the time of arrival through Booking (21:00, and we were punctual!) there was no one there, so we stood with two small children on the street for half an hour before someone let us into the building. The phone reported that the user was unreachable, but I couldn't contact anyone via What's up. The owner or any of the staff were extremely difficult to find during our stay. It's even a problem when you run out of toilet paper and have no one to ask for a new one... The terrace is beautiful, but...untidy. The reality is far from the published beautiful photos. And you may not be able to use it because someone has a "private party". Had a reservation for 5 nights, after 3 we went elsewhere. I do not recommend for families.

Excellent location in the heart of the city with a magnificent panoramic view from the common terrace of the bay and the old buildings. The apartments are located on the 4th floor, but you should not worry, as the house is equipped with an elevator. There will be a shared kitchen at your disposal and everything you need if you miss homemade food. Friendly staff, it feels like you have settled for a while in an ordinary Italian family. Special thanks to the good man Pierre Franco, who was always in touch when necessary. Keep in mind that the concept of apartments is similar to a hostel, which has 2 rooms with private facilities, 3 rooms with shared toilets and a shower. Shared living room and kitchen. I am writing about this just to understand that you will constantly cross paths with other guests of the apartments. But for us it was not a problem or inconvenience. When ordering a room, it is very desirable to specify the accommodation room (I recommend a room with blue walls and amenities inside the room. The room with green walls has an internal window (inside the building and another room) and it was dark and uncomfortable for us). Thanks to the customer orientation of the owner, we easily changed the room with a window to the street the next day and everything began to meet expectations. Breakfasts were offered at the Coffee City-bar across the street. This is a regular set - a cup of coffee and a croissant, but with very tasty fillings - I recommend a peach and an orange. By the way, the restaurant staff is very kind and courteous, and if you want a croissant more, they will offer it themselves. Paid parking is located on the main street in front of the apartments, but keep in mind that the place can only be found until 18:00, then it will be more difficult and depends on your luck. Paid hours are 9-13 and 15-20. The cost is 1 euro for the first hour, then 2 euros each. You can extend it every hour ;) . Supervisors are very responsible, so be punctual up to the

But I hope it was an unintentional misunderstanding. Otherwise, everything was bellissimo :)
