Clean beds, clean rooms with A/C. Host was very nice.

Clean room and lovely hosts.

My own fault, but I thought the picture showed a pool but it was a blue gate! We had the 2 bedroom apartment and only one room had air conditioning. Cooking facilities were very basic but we didn’t need them ( one very old gas ring ) Electric kettle and large fridge and sink in separate kitchen. Very little place for hanging clothes and only one towel each supplied. Towels were not changed in our 5 days but hosts were very obliging so I am sure they would have given clean towels had we asked. Hot water didn’t seem to work but we didn’t need it. Hosts seemed surprised when we mentioned it on leaving. We arranged to leave our cases for a day before moving in and hosts kindly allowed us to get changed at the property as we were soaked after a very rainy boat trip. Everything was clean. Beds comfortable. Mosquito nets and ceiling fans in place. Different plentiful breakfast each day.

No hot water. Air con not in all bedrooms. Change of towels not offered

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was nice. The breakfast was also good with varieties between days. The location is relative near to the beach. Its near to many restaurants and shops. The internet was pretty good comparative with other places i've been in Sri Lanka.

One of the apartment rooms had no, AC just fan, but was ok.

Hosts were nice. Locatiom was ok. Big bed.

It was dirty. Especially the common kitchen was unusable, extremely filthy. It looked like the kitchen sink, counter top, utesils, plates, common outdoor seating area, tables were not cleaned in 50 yrs! Just get a detergent and clean it one day instead of sitting around. It is not difficult and does not require money to be clean!!!! Flush of the toliet did not work. Bathroom window was broken, letting all kind of bugs, ants, mosquitos in. Toilet seat was full of ants.. Poor shower, with little water pressure. A used hand soap (wrapped in toilet paper) in the bathroom! Basic and simple is ok for this price but there is no excuse to be dirty and not do basic maintenance.

Clean and tidy room, working distance to beach and mirissa town

Calm and perfect place to stay.room was hot but very clean.attractive dining area with plants. close to mirissa beach.also we met a cute kitten

We were in town for a big event, and the location was a quick walk, but far enough we could still get good rest without the noise pollution. Also, great eats close by. Family that runs the place is super nice also!
