GBThis was a lovely place on the beach away from the big tourist area and very clean . It was so peaceful. We booked the upstairs suite for us and we were not disappointed. The room was large and had a few places to chill out .My favourite looking over the garden and beach. We had a large terrace/ balcony with similar views and our own little pool/ outdoor hot tub. The spa bath inside was also a great treat and water could be any temp you wanted . The pool outside was clean and a good size..the food was tasty and the staff were very helpful.Loved our stay and next time will book in for a few days at the end of our holiday to chill out before our flights
Not much really.. a copy of the menu in the room would have been handy. A couple of the doors are starting to stick and so could be adjusted .. But these are just minor.. the place was wonderful.

BEIt has a nice beachfront.
The staff’s English was next to 0. On top of that, they asked us to pay extra taxes. The breakfast was 10$ per person, which is a lot in Sri Lanka. But it was the worse and smallest breakfast we’ve ever had. Definitely would not recommend this accomodation.

RWBig space, amazing view, great balcony, huge grass area over looking the ocean. Organized a tuk tuk tour of the town through the hotel, drive spoke little English but would stop and we hopped out and wandered around.
Walking inside the house to your room stinks of cigarettes badly, jacuzzi water was dirty for day we arrived but they cleaned it later that day. Very isolated with no shops or restaurants nearby. Breakfast had lots of dry toast, sausage and oily fried eggs. A beautiful place but needs love it has so much potential.

NO internet in one of the rooms - after asking to change, staff said there might be guests coming so they didn't change it, gave me a router that didn't work better. Then in the night I saw, that the staff was sleeping in the room. Unbelievable 😳 Breakfast for that price not good, very far away from everything, food in Restaurant gave me diarrhea for 2 days.
