Good place to rest for the night. Did not see any member of staff at any point but they were communicative and quick to respond when we had an issue.

The checkin system is time-consuming and impersonal.

No breakfast or tea. Location close to station. Bus close by

Host should have kept the room heated and ready. Heater was not working and cold blast coming through door. Only futon bed with pad. No sheets. Host should have made the bed or provided clean linen- bedsheet, flat sheet, extra pillow. Comforter.

It was complete self check-in check-out hotel. But kitchen facilities were good everything was available in the kitchen.

The floor was quite noisy whenever someone walks. And its has no lift we had to carry our luggage through the long stairs.

The location was excellent, only a short walk from the train station and close to the castle and the beach.

Check in was a little confusing at first and the door sometimes a little difficult to open. Probably needs a few more seats in the lounge area needed if there are more people staying.

It was very clean and inviting.

An awesome guest house with great facilities and a very Euro hostel type feel which was great! Kitchen and lounge were fully loaded with everything you need for a great stay!

Can't think of anything I didn't like.

You will have privacy

You have to type all the names of the costumers.

Being able to lie in the sofa while listening some japanese TV shows with the fridge at hand reach, it was relaxing😇
