Very clean and quiet place Bed is excellent Perfect value for your money Nice breakfast,polite employees

Everything was good but there were couple of mosquitoes in the room cause there is no mosquito net.

"A decent place to consider for Palolem stay"

The place is neat and clean. Rooms are big enough. There is an issue for car parking but it depends. I had to move my car a couple of times due to space issues. Care takers and owners are friendly and polite. Breakfast was awesome. You need to take a bit long walk to reach Palolem beach from this place.

Perfect place Clean room,amazing bed,gigantic bathroom,good tap water in palolem,very quiet area ,very quiet staff,very quiet hotel(even if i had the 1st room and ground floor),located in a quiet street just 5min walking to the main beach road . Perfect place really .

I prefere the check out at 12 🤣🤣

Big, clean room; huge and clean bathroom; hot water shower; friendly and helpful staff and owners; little bit outside of the busy beach road but still in walking distance of the restaurants, shops and Palolem Beach; quiet location; internet problems were solved as soon as possible by the owners; for Indian hotels relatively fast internet (even remote desktop work was possible)

Omg, what had become of the once peaceful beach idyll of Palolem beach; but parts of Patnem beach a short motorbike ride or 30minutes walk to the south can take its place

Very good location 3 minutes walking to village and shops and 5 minutes walking to the beach Excellent breakfast with long hours until11am Great rooms Great bathrooms with great hot showers 24hours Family owned Excellent owners and TOP staff. A family experience for those wanting to feel the goese hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend

The room was very clean and the facilities were of good standard, also I loved the room decor! The breakfast was tasty and the portions were more than enough. Very nice and helpful staff, lovely neighbours and good location, less than 10 min walk to the beach. Palolem was definitely my favourite place in Goa, and this home stay is a great choice for a budget traveler expecting a little more comfort.

The storage in the room was good, but it would have been nice to have somewhere to hang my clothes - not the biggest issue though.
