Quiet. Clean. Large room. Good parking. Friendly helpful staff Good value for money.

Didn't have breakfast not a breakfast person,but I do like a fry up now and again for a change.

From what I have seen in side everything is fine. The only thing that disappointment me was the front of the house looking to the road it's a little drab could do with a coat of paint.

Friendly greeting on arrival and explanation of the facilities. Room was comfortable and ideal for my overnight stay. Close to all amenities with supermarket just down the road and numerous places to eat. Also very quiet location so had a great night's sleep.

The linens and bathroom were clean.

The host was grumpy because i was 4 minutes past 8pm. I drove as fast as I could. When I arrived her was upset and grumpy and yet he was available to take me. He signed heavily the entire time. I offered to leave and he said, “ well you are here now”. This is a challenging economy and service should be much better than this. Also, the property is dated with the decor and rugs being about 40 years old. The room was dusty - lamps, behind the bed, and corners. All I needed was a place to sleep and that was fine. It’s conveniently located, but otherwise I’d avoid based on the grumpy attitude abs tired decoration.

A full English is such a treat.
