"This guest house offers good value for money. If I was in the area again I would be happy to use it."

On my arrival I receive a very friendly welcome and everything was well presented and clean.

I felt the mattress had sagged on the side which I slept and this could do with being replaced in the near future.

"Excellent digs for my needs."

"An excellent very comfortable base for me to work from."

Chris was a very friendly owner. I enjoyed talking to him and his service was excellent. The room was very comfortable and it was an excellent base for me to work from. I shall be returning there soon as I have l a lot of work I need to do in Retford plus checking in on family so I plan to use his hotel on a regular basis while I repair a couple of properties.
