Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely cold, and the hotel felt more like a cheap motel than a place charging around £450 per night. The breakfast was honestly terrible — very poor quality, almost no value, 0/10. We also saw insects in the room, the bathroom fixtures were loose, and the overall condition of the hotel felt old, uncomfortable, and not properly maintained. For this price, I expected a clean, warm, comfortable hotel, but the experience was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Clean and comfortable. Lovely gardens and good to have a lounge area. Basic breakfast was an added bonus. Quiet.

Dining room area should be cleaned every day and table cloth changed. People are messy!

Czystość pokoju jak i w części wspólnej była niskiej jakości. Rano w części wspólnej na śniadaniu brak czystych sztućców. Stolików nikt nie przecierał/sprzątał. Problem przy zameldowaniu, kod do drzwi głównych działał, niestety do pokoju nie mogliśmy się dostać zgodnie ze wskazówkami. Stosunek ceny do jakości zdecydowanie za wysoki.

La organización del desayuno, cuando llegamos nosotros, el agua estaba derramada por el suelo, no quedaban cubiertos,... el primero que llegaba se servía y se dejaba todo lo sucio en un carrito, si llegas más tarde, pues lo mismo no te quedaba leche o pan... No había nadie que revisase o reponiese.
