"Not worth the money"

Cleanliness was great. Good car park. Bathroom was excellent and shower therein was excellent.

Bedroom was too small. Window was small with only a limited amount of opening. Room became too hot and uncomfortable. Bed was atrocious, mattress gave no support at all obviously very old. Bed sheets were polyester and bottom of bed stand poked out . Due to the tight space I continuously stumped my feet. I have come home with some a terrible back ache and sore toes.

"Fantastic. Warm and friendly hosts"

Gordon and Emma were exceptional hosts. So welcoming and friendly. They couldn't do enough for us, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The Bell Lodge was spotless as though no one had used it before. The breakfast was amazing and cooked to order with a smile. If it was possible to give 20 out of 10, I would. I will definitely be staying there again..The location couldn't have been any better. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach.

I couldn't stay any longer.

"Exceptional Short Break"

The warm welcome and superbly maintained property located in an ideal position to explore Sandown and also the island by public transport. Bus stop just outside property with frequent services. Breakfast was well cooked with an extensive menu.

There is nothing to dislike at this venue.

"A great end to our Isle of Wight trip."

Emma & Gordon we’re very friendly and made you feel at home. A relaxing place with an outside area and lounge that was available. Clean, good location guesthouse. Off road parking. Great breakfast. Emma was very helpful with the bus route as we didn’t use our car and walked the coastal path to lovely Shanklin and then the bus back. At the top of the road. Adult only .

Bathroom a little small but only there for two days.

"Exceptional"

Wonderful friendly family run guest house, clean, spacious, well located with free parking and an awesome breakfast to keep you going all day. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, had a great 6 nights and would definitely stay again.
