We had a really nice stay and would come back any time. Great hosts, nice breakfast and a great location close by the beach and a couple of stores and restaurants. Easy to reach by train as well.

Everyone was so friendly we fell like we are with family.

I am sorry only 1 thing I didn’t like is there was no water bottle in the room while checked in. I will like to suggest the lodge manager please put 2 bottles of water in every room for that you can charge £2 pounds extra it doesn’t matter everyone can pay.

"Wonderful, friendly stay on the Isle - would highly reccomend!"

A small family run b&b - we were made to feel welcome from the minute we pulled up. Rooms were wonderfully clean and had everything we needed - they even brought a fan up to us for the hot evenings and pressed some tops for us. Lots of choice for breakfast and the family who run it couldn’t be nicer! we wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Room and en suite were spotless. Bed was very comfortable and good tea/coffee making facilities. We ordered vegetarian and gluten free breakfasts and they were delicious. Plenty of choices and very generous servings. Didn't meet Gordon, but Emma and Michael were welcoming and very friendly.

A lovely b+b! Run by a lovely family, great breakfast and modern and clean. In a very good location with bus stop a minute's walk away and train station nearby so good for exploring the island if you don't have a car. Also just a few minutes from Sandown pier, promenade and high street where there are a few restaurants and bars.
