The hotel is worth 5 stars! Everything was perfect! It is located in a quiet area, 12 min by foot from the city centre. The parking is big and safe, in a closed garden. The garden is big and very well maintained. The room was big, really big. With a real king size bed, a balcony, decorated with a good taste. It was very clean. The hotel has a nice internal yard with a jacuzzi. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea and biscuits are available 24h as well as fresh water. The air conditioning was very good: we could live and sleep well while it was extremely hot outside. The breakfast is homemade and delicious! And finally the staff was amazing: two ladies preparing the breakfast and cleaning the rooms were really nice and attentive and the owner Enrico was present when needed, provided helpful advice and got us in touch with local business we were looking for. We travel a lot, but it was our the best hotel experience. We highly recommend the place! We will come back again, definitely!

A real gem. We loved the property history and the work that was done to restore it. We loved the breakfast that was home cooked with local produce and with fruits from the family orchard.

I wish the entrance of the property was a bit more visible at night.

I liked it, clean and beautiful, good breakfast in the morning.

We arrived at 4 pm, there was no staff, no one told us «Welcome to Italy» ☺️ and it was sad. It was like Airbnb

Lovely room in a lovely building. Exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful hosts. Superb breakfast combined with nice touches like fruit and coffee in the vestibule. Very inviting jacuzzi in the courtyard.
