The breakfast was simply astonishing, and I was treated so well, individually. I loved how I had everything I wanted, and even anticipated what I wanted more of. Little touches like remembering what I enjoyed the day before.

Nothing, only that the stay was too short and I couldn't carry a bottle of olive oil back with me on the plane!

Of course the building is very beautiful…we really were impressed. But…for a really perfect stay there are some things to complain.

The arrival was not really easy, we quickly found the correct number. But to enter the property, we had to search for the gate. When we finally reached the main entrance, again we had problems to open the electronic lock. Never ever before I experienced something that complicated. During the night we both were disturbed by the noise of the fridge in the room. The mattress of the bed is very soft. In the bathroom there is not enough light for a woman to make-up herself.

Very friendly host & excellent breakfast. Guisi - from the kitchen - kept filling our plates with delicacies and kept talking (although we didn't understand italian but she just went on & on.... we just loved it... trying to guess what she was saying...) Thank you Lorena & Guisi. Hugs.

Nice relaxing area outside with sunbeds. If there would have been a small pool, instead of the hot tub, this accommodation would get a 10.

overlooking a busy road so not quiet and not walking distance from the lake. Also the mattress not so comfortable

A stunning place to stay. This property is beautiful, set in their own olive grove, behind electric gates, the driveway sets the tone, so pretty. Plenty of free parking. The house itself is exquisite, with traditional Italian decor, wide hallways, I think maybe 5 rooms and a lovely dining area for breakfast. There’s a sun-trap courtyard with loungers, deck chairs and jacuzzi. The housekeeper is a true delight. She prepares a delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients Inc. bruschetta, pastries, fruits, toasted sandwiches etc. Approx. 10 mins walk to the lake. Good communications with the owners. Incredibly clean. Would highly recommend a stay.

We booked the standard bedroom and it was a little small, however as you had access to the house it helped with the feel of space. Seating in the hallways and terrace etc.

Privacy, lovely host, beautiful place

The breakfast was freshly prepared. A lot to choose from. The housekeeper is very friendly, even if you don’t speak Italian. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is always fresh fruit, water, coffee and tea at your disposal. Lots of parking space in the private garden of the property.

The bed and mattress are wobbly. If your partner moves just a little bit, you are shaken around on the other side of the bed. Impossible to sleep. The street running in front of the house is very busy - even at night. Thank god, the windows keep some of the noise out.
