All was good except the difficulty to find the key and the poor quality of some hd channels on the tv

Noone was there to welcome us … So was difficult to find the key (thanks to the person who came to show us how to get the keys) and the poor quality of some hd channels on the tv

Location is great. We could use terrace, kitchen and bathroom with wash mashine. A little confusion with too many doors, but we felt comfortable.

Noisy street, but that's the part of charming and relax Sevilla

The location wasn't ideal, but it wasn't too far from the historic district.

It was horrible, from arranging getting there, checking in, to attempting to sleep. The worst - there was no blanket on the bed or anywhere in the apartment. I called and asked about a blanket. I was told it was being washed and he'd bring it over shortly. We left for the evening and when we returned there was still no blanket. Neither of us slept well because we were cold. There was also only one full body pillow on the bed - not conductive for couples. There was very little toilet paper and we ran out - there was not an extra roll. Other problems - before we arrived I asked about parking options - he told me he'd send directions - he never did. The apartment was cluttered with cleaning supplies and other stuff in the hallway. Check-in was very confusing - mostly because my Spanish is only on the intermediate level, but it could have been made easy by simply including the instructions with the reservation confirmation. Instead we had to arrange a time to check in. I thought someone would be there to meet us, but nobody was. So I called the number. He explained we needed to open a key box with a code - there were 3 keys, one for the gate, one for the apartment, one for the room. I don't know how someone with no Spanish would ever figure this out. He could have easily emailed the key box code and instructions before arrival. This could be understood by anyone with the help of an online translator app. For what we got I'd expect to pay 30 euros a night, but even for 30 euros I'd expect a blanket.
