Hotel 100

Booking.com and the particular hotel did not respect my reservation. Though i had been informed by the booking.com that my booking is confirmed, the hotel management didnt reserve any room for me, and they turned me away on my arrival at the hotel, which caused me utter difficulties to me and im vey dissatisfied over the hotel and the Booking.com.

No breakfast was offered

No sign board,no guidance to direct a visitor to the hotel reception, I had to ask other peoples house to find the house.Stay was over priced for the room.room didn’t have enough light so it always feels gloomy and depressive, no drinking water arrangement, not even a glass were inside the room.

I stayed 7 nights at Hotel 100 and found it to be a great place from where to get around Colombo. Nearby, there are lots of buses as well as a train station. The ride is right by the sea. My room was particularly fresh and cheerful, and the family was very kind. I felt completely at home. There is plenty around, the zoo, the beach, very pretty side-streets to walk to the centre of town, etc. Peaceful at night.

Property owner was very kind and was helpful for late night entry and early morning exit, etc. Laundry service was good. Happy in staying in Hotel100. .

I've come here several times, and they've never failed to meet my needs. If you're seeking a safe and good location to stay, this is the place to be!

I was not happy at all..so many cats..and the place is smelling..Water leak in toilet...location is good..entrance to the property needs improvements..will not go there again...
