L’hôtel est niché dans un écrin de verdure, loin de la ville, la vue est magnifique! Tout était propre, les repas sont très bons! Je recommande à 100%

Vriendelijke engels sprekende eigenaar en bediening en schoonmaaksters Goed ontbijt met of pankoeken of twee spiegeleieren of omelet met vers fruit. Avondeten was ook goed en gevarieerd, je kunt er ook Bintang bij krijgen. Kamers zeer ruim met balkon en goede AC. Aparte smaakvolle inrichting met veel etnografische objecten. Ligging in oerwoud met de bijbehorende geluiden, heel apart

Restaurant zou wat gezelliger mogen. Soms harde muziek buiten het hotel maar daar kunnen zelf niets aan doen. Heb er goed geslapen.

Lovely place. Super comfortable. With Blue-eyed Cuscuses in the garden.

Toilet leaked

Room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. Pool was great. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and reasonable. Staff were lovely.

The rooms were clean and nice, the view of the forest and broadwalk was interesting.

The staff here are awful, no one is ever at the reception desk. My laundry done still stank after being "washed". The location is also terrible all the ATMs down the road are broken or don't accept western cards (mastercard in my case), meaning I couldn't enjoy any activities nearby the hotels, It's also near the universities so the loud background noise is persistent and the beaches nearby are lacklustre and far, overall the area nearby the hotel is a dump. The restaurant is also extremely disorganised and the selection of food is very limited, no one is at the front so you have to go into the kitchen to get some food ordered which was always 40 minutes late. Overall the stay was extremely disappointing.

El estilo del hotel, acogedor, lleno de detalles y una decoración exquisita. Increíbles vistas desde la habitación de los volcanes de las islas aledañas. Habitación enorme y cama muy cómoda.
