Please note if arriving by car the property needs to know our arrival time at least 1 hour before check-in due to the fact is located in a ZTL area (Limited traffic zone). Cleaning service will be carried out every 3 days with a change of sheets and 2 days for towels, every extra cleaning request will be at the additional cost of EUR 12 per stay. Late check-out can be requested paying a fee. Animals pay €25 per stay for sanitization which will be carried out subsequently.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. La posizione della struttura è fantastica; direi al centro del borgo antico. Con pochi passi si possono visitare i luoghi più 'importanti' del posto. Appena fuori ci si trova su una sorta di piazzetta con apparecchiati dei tavoli di un ristorante che serve piatti gustosissimi. Annarita è una eccellente ospite.

Eccellente, posto pulito in ordine moderno e coerente con la località di mare. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Lato negativo: si trova al piano terra e affaccia sul ristorante quindi non puoi aprire l'unica finestra presente e fino a mezzanotte circa potresti sentire dei rumori anche se non c'è una movida particolarmente agitata.

Bellissimo appartamento al piano terra, su uno slargo pittoresco nella città murata di Termoli. Vicinissimo ad ottimi ristoranti e raggiungibile senza fare un singolo gradino di scale. Proprietari molto disponibili.
