Please note if arriving by car the property needs to know our arrival time at least 1 hour before check-in due to the fact is located in a ZTL area (Limited traffic zone). Cleaning service will be carried out every 3 days with a change of sheets and 2 days for towels, every extra cleaning request will be at the additional cost of EUR 12 per stay. Late check-out can be requested paying a fee. Animals pay €25 per stay for sanitization which will be carried out subsequently.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piccolo appartamentino in centro, nella città vecchia. Ottima pulizia e servizi. Carinissimo. I parcheggi per l'auto, sono a dieci minuti a piedi. La proprietaria ci ha dato ottime indicazioni per la colazione e la cena. Ci siamo stati solo una notte, ma non volevamo più andare via.

Pulizia, disponibilità, struttura.

La finestra della stanza praticamente affaccia sui tavoli del ristorante adiacente. Inoltre il magazzino è nella stanza accanto.

The location and size of the room were great. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable.

The bathroom light didn’t work properly, and has no window.

"A restful, value for money experience"

Good location in Old City of Termoli. Easy access to all amenities and the charming Lady owner and her Staff were always on hand and extremely courteous and helpful.

Because of the structure of the old building there is only one window. A through draught would have been nice but you have to accept that was impossible due to the style of proprty
