Friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool, great area, comfy beds, peaceful, oasis.

Rooms could have been cleaner when we arrived but we like it rustic so this didn't impact our stay

The accommodation is in a good location, peaceful, yet not far from plenty of activity and things to do. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight: clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off. The outdoor areas were also beautifully kept and ideal for relaxing. Breakfast was good and well presented.

The room itself was a bit disappointing rather small and simply furnished, without any special touches.

Everything. We checked out 1 day early. The picture does not match with what we seen with our own eyes and I feel cheated. It is my mistake for not checking the lowest score review for this guesthouse. The moment we step into the room there is a foul smell from the room. At first I thought it was the toilet cleaning product but when I enter the bathroom it was a different smell from the room. 1. There is no ventilation in the room. The window can’t be open and they covered the top ventilation with board. No fan only AC that was making loud noise every few hours. The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket smells like sweat. Towels smell like milk and the smell transferred to my skin after using. Lucky we all brought our own DECATHLON towel. 2. Bathroom was very disgusting with wet door, wet floor, wet toilet paper, wet walls. Feels like they just spray the bathroom with water. Sink was dirty and the pipe to wash hands is very very mouldy. The door doesn’t close properly making the water splash outside on the floor. 3. There was only 1 charging socket in the room and the place is high up the wall. The socket can’t even hold my adaptor as it keep coming out from the socket. 4. Swimming pool. Do not be fooled by the pool. I did swim in the pool to cool down after a jog but after few hours rashes starts to appear on some parts of my body.

Great location, and lovely pool with plenty of trees and plants.

The staff were not particularly helpful, and seemed surprised when we asked for help organizing tours or transport. The room was full of ants and the bathroom was not clean and smelt damp. Also lots of mosquitoes.

Since the very nice, kind helpful and good staff was suddenly replaced, this is a very bad place with very bad service. I'm trying to cancel my booking here, my friends helped to explain them how to process the cancellation and give me a refund of this booking and Booking.com is also very helpful and want to give me the refund. But the accomodation still wants to keep me here. I don't want to stay here and never want to go here again. Don't go here, this is a very bad accomodation.

The place is quite difficult to find, some local taxis are able to squeeze into the alley but not all will do so
