Good location and great pool and simple but OK breakfast.

The room I had was very cheap, around $20 AUD and it was reflected in the quality. Bathroom was a lean to attached to the end of the building with part of the wall made from disposable plastic bottles. The toilet looked like it was disintegrating and the room was fairly rough looking in general. There were.ants everywhere in the bathroom but I only found one in my bed (maybe it followed me from the bathroom). In general I didn't expect much for $20 a night and I did get somewhere to sleep for the night. Although you probably won't get much better for the same price you don't have to pay much more to get something better in Jogja.

The staff was lovely, very sweet. The pool is great, with flowers and fruit trees around. There's a warm shower, towel provided. There's a "western" breakfast included, plain egg omelette or a pancake. There's also lots of breakfast options (and dinner) around the hotel which are very nice. It's easy to get something delivered and there's a space to eat. If you need something like help with simcard or massage booking or tips for the city they will happily help out. Though things like cupboards were very dusty, the important things like bed and bathroom were very clean.

It's a bit run down rooms, nothing too bad. There was a hole in my room and animals would come through, but mostly just geckos who don't do anything. It's a bit cheaper if you book more nights, and when I tried to extend my booking, they declined without a note. I then had to book a more expensive "1 night stay", which I felt was not really great customer service.

Great staff. Decent breakfasts & filtered water available. Lovely outside area & pool. Rooms were basic but clean. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Located in a nice are with families, chooks & cats around. Not far from the kraton

The location was fantastic. The property was a relaxing and calm place to stay with great restaurants in close proximity. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast, while basic, was a good start to the day.

It does feel like it could do with a bit of a ‘fresh coat of paint’. The room, especially the bath room, feels a bit run down and in need of a clean. Also, it’s not mentioned in the description but be prepared to share your room with a fairly large quantity of ants - in the bathroom, on the floor and in your bed. If you like ants this could be seen as a positive but if not you may feel slightly put off.
