The pool is really nice and the staff is super nice! Its really a oasis in the busy city. You do not hear any traffic noise!

The room and bathroom good have bin a bit cleaner

Property was clean and staff was attentive once you asked for help. The accommodated an early breakfast for me everyday and was nice but not present at the hotel during the day or night unless cleaning.

Staff was never around . They moved me to a back up hotel one night, the next night I had no hot water in my room. Only half the lights worked.

The staff was really friendly and I met a few friendly people (all European). The pool is very nice and they even offer space to work if necessary.

It's not a place for people who don't like insects.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious, clean, Netflix on TV if you want it. The half outdoor bathroom was lovely. The staff at the villa were absolutely lovely and so helpful. Great base for exploring yogyakarta. The villa is down some alleyways. We had no issue with taxi drivers getting down the little lane. The backstreets are full of beautiful homes and friendly people, kids who want to say hi, and lots of beautiful friendly cats too. Icing on the cake was free tea and coffee available all day, and the beautiful pool.

The concept is nice.

The place is rather run down and it was infested with Mosquitos. The rooms were very dirty. There is not much privacy so that it was necessary to keep the curtains of our rooms closed at all times. Many taxis were unwilling to pick us up from the hotel and we were usually dropped a few hundred meters from the hotel because the access roads are very narrow. Breakfast is very basic.
