Very clean and tidy and good food.

Large rat ran across the car park - seen from bedroom window! Thankfully running away from property, and no sign of anything in the property

Everything in the room was great. The staff in the bar were really helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.

Only thing they could do to improve the accomodation is to upgrade the hall carpet.

The location was fantastic, nestled in a peaceful village just a few miles from the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed an evening meal, and the food was outstanding. The room was quiet and impeccably clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality linens and towels. This wasn’t our first visit, and it certainly won’t be our last.

Slight humming noise in the night on and off could be fan of some kind, slightly disturbing but we did have a very early start with flight so possibly would have been better on a normal night stay.

Although only two miles from Bristol Airport the extreme noise up until 1am from the planes just above was very uncomfortable. Earplugs had been provided but it didn’t really make a huge difference. For the price I felt that a light continental breakfast could have been provided. When we left at 10am there was no one from the hotel to officially check us out.

Room looks lovely and clean. Clear instructions on how to check in outside opening hours.

Loud noise every (about) 30 seconds from what we think was the boiler. Kept us awake most of the night, even with earplugs. Also, we didn't have warm water for a shower in the morning. We checked in and out outside opening hours, so no one to speak to. So far, no reaction from staff on complaint sent.

Excellent facilities with options of sizes of rooms. Great host. Pub great food and service also.
