Great location for Bristol Airport. Comfy beds and great staff.

There is no breakfast available.

We had a meal and the food was excellent!

The room was above a cellar and constant noise of chiller running all night, very bad nights sleep.

It was close to Bedminster in Bristol. Bedding and size of bed was lovely. Food in pub was good.

Expensive for a fairly mediocre boutique hotel room. On checking in being asked what time we would be leaving the property. Bathroom small although the walk in shower was fine. Bath towels rather than bath sheets. Towel rail in bathroom not turned on and no way to turn it on. Extractor fan switched off at fuse, we only discovered the fuse switch when we were leaving. Iron burn mark on the carpet. We were in the family suite as a couple. One of the single beds was a fold up bed which was unsightly and we were surprised it was made up as we were not using it. If they wanted to keep it there permanently it should have been a proper bed which would have looked better. We ate in the pub and the food was good however a coach arrived with some rather rowdy young men at about 9pm so we retreated to our room. Carpet on the stairs up to the rooms could do with a clean. TV was small for the size of room.

Convenient for Bristol Airport. Well organized holiday parking. Lovely comfortable room. Nice meal in the restaurant.

Window blind broken, could not close completely. Little things, needs a a towel ring for hand towel, shelf in shower to put things, plastic anti slip mat in shower, hook on bathroom door. Picky I know, but would have made it perfect.
