Good value for money,very cheap including breakfast.

As stated when I booked,separate bathroom which was on floor below. I knew this when I booked so only to be expected.

Great location, a short walk from the town centre. Lovely room ( we stayed in Room 7 on the second floor) with amazing moorland views and a really comfortable king size bed.

Perfect location. Very comfortable, smart, clean accommodation. Easy check in with keys provided. We were lucky to be able to park just opposite.

No one was there to greet us so we couldn't get any street parking we needed to stay in a car park close by Costs if anyone is interested either £10.50 or £13.50 depending on which car park has space Also breakfast is NOT included in price you need to fill in menu you want before breakfast cost of £12 per person

Really easy to find and in a great location - a short walk to Whitby’s main attractions but the street itself was very quiet so no nighttime disturbances! Parking was really convenient, you can park on the street (just make sure you pick up a street parking scratch card/permit from the hotel) or West Cliff car park is just a 2 minute walk away and has plenty of spaces. The room and bathroom were really clean and comfortable. I stayed in the single room, so the bathroom is on the floor below. It’s still a private bathroom and there’s a key on your room key to lock/unlock the door, so you can leave your toiletries in there for your stay if you want. The reception/check-in isn’t manned 24 hrs, so you may need to do a self-check in, but this was so easy. Some self-check in hotels will have you hunting in the weirdest places for the key, but this was a really simple key safe by the front door to initially get in, (they text you the code and full instructions) and then the room key was waiting for me in the keyhole of my room door. Overall a fabulous stay, really convenient and I couldn’t fault anything.

The place was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The rooms had everything you need for your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel hand soap. The staff were friendly helped with the parking pass, the breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and tasty. The bedding was cotton and the towels were big white and fluffy.

I know you cannot please everyone with the right mattress, ours was a bit soft and the quilt was too small for the bed, I would like to see the option of a mattress topper and lighter summer bedding on offer.
