Per il check-in siamo stati accolti in un hotel che dista 1/2km, dove ci sono state fornite le chiavi e il badge per accedere a Villa Tivoli. Il personale è stato molto accogliente e si è reso disponibile telefonicamente per qualsiasi problema. La struttura presenta un cancello elettrico che si può aprire con il badge, c'è molto spazio per parcheggiare la macchina e al pian terreno c'è un ristorante. La camera è spaziosa e per la colazione erano presenti fette biscottate, biscotti, marmellate e varie cialde per il caffè. C'è inoltre un posacenere e un minifrigo con delle bottigliette d'acqua. C'è inoltre l'aria condizionata, che a differenza di altre strutture rimane accesa anche quando si esce dalla stanza.

La pressione dell'acqua del rubinetto in bagno era bassa. A volte dal bagno si sentivano dei rumori.
