Inquilini incivili che sbattevano le porte in continuazione e colazione scadente. Per il resto tutto ok

Bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, it was very quiet. There are lots of parking spaces.

It should be noted that you need to go to another hotel to check into this location . The hallway was very dark & if there was a light somewhere that we missed it should have been more obvious. I asked the hotel a question using the booking app, about breakfast & there was no answer until after breakfast time the next morning.

The Villa is in a nice rural location. There are plenty of parking spots on the property. The room is on top of a restaurant, but it was not very busy, so there was not much noise.

Be aware that check-in and check-out as well as breakfast is at another hotel in town.

The property’s location was perfect for my trip to and from Marco Simone Golf Club for the Ryder Cup all the staff were so warm and friendly

The location didn’t have reliable public transport so you need to plan in advance or hire a car

It was air conditioned & had ample parking. The bathroom was a good size. The staff in the bar/restaurant downstairs were very lovely people & nothing was too much trouble.

The actual location wasn’t ideal as it was located in the “not so” good part of town. It was confusing to find as we found there were 2 properties. One where we checked in at and the other where we stayed. The front door and door frame looked as though it has been kicked it (or damaged somehow). The fridge was very small & didn’t work unless you were present (card needed to be in slot).
