The room and bed was very comfortable and warm enough as the evenings were a bit chilly outside. The breakfast was excellent cooked perfectly and very filling. The fruit provided was lovely and plenty of choice of cereal. Would definitely stay here again. It was ideally situated for the town and the lake both being in easy walking distance.

"Paradise in Keswick!"

The guest house was very close to the town centre, and as very comfortable. The care by the hosts was exceptional, very friendly helpful and efficient. The breakfast was superb.

The on street parking was tight but that's Keswick!

The property was homely, with a few quirky features making it an interesting place to stay. Situated on a quiet street it was a 5 minute walk into Keswick town centre.
