Superb breakfast, including very generous bowl of fruit each day. The owners gave real attention to detail, so everything was comfortable and little exrtras made it enjoyable. They were very welcoming and helpful. It was in easy walking ditance to the town centre and the lake. There was no parking provided, but street parking was available nearby and on the second day I managed to park very near the Guset House.

Anne and Paul were very welcoming, and the accommodation was excellent, clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were comfy and the shower great. We could order breakfast the night before and tailor our preferences. There was a selection of cereals, juices, yoghurts etc and also fresh fruit to go with the toast and cooked choices. The location was close to Keswick centre, just a short walk. Although there is no allocated parking, we found a spot outside both days. A great B & B, which I will use again if visiting Keswick.

Breakfast was very nice and the selection offered was comprehensive.

The number of stairs to carry a case up to the room was too much for an 85 year old. Just meant taking up essentials for the over night stay.
