Accogliente e ben curata

Purtroppo l’unico difetto è che si sentono molto i rumori

The room was a good size the bathroom huge and the bed firm the way I like. Most important was the staff who were not only professional but more importantly, very kind. I had an accident in Ferrara and the two staff especially Leonardo who helped in person showed caring and kindness which is rare in larger hotels. There is a small garden we would have liked to use but we came at a time when Ferrara was way too hot to be outdoors in the garden.

I liked the accommodations very much but the city did not do enough to point out their UNESCO heritage standing. There was very little information and what there was was of little help. Maybe in a different season, fall, winter, spring there might be more info spots? My only wish for the hotel is that there is 24 hour reception, not a self check in. but they were very responsive by phone and text messaging and checking in was easy. However, I do like the personal welcome.

Dal comfort alla gentilezza e simpatia senza flessioni. Davvero tutto perfetto.. da non sottovalutare il locale a disposizione con attrezzatura completa per scaldare un proprio pasto o fare colazione.. basta una minima organizzazione propria... noi ci siamo sentiti veramente i benvenuti!🤷🏻‍♀️☺💗

Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e le risposte alle nostre necessità immediate questo trattamento in un contesto incantevole ha reso la nostra esperienza anche se solo di una notte piacevolissima Grazie Elisa e a tutto lo staff

The reception area is beautiful. The oasis between the two glass doors was welcome. The offer to call a taxi for me was very helpful.
