"Tranquillo, accogliente, in buona posizione"

Struttura molto carina e accogliente, in una stradina molto tranquilla. Il personale assiste via whatsapp ma comunque sempre gentile, tempestivo e puntuale nelle risposte. Posizione in centro molto buona.

Piuttosto caro in occasione del Ferrara Summer Festival, ma comunque meno di altre strutture in città.

Il fatto che avesse una sala relax con un frigorifero e freezer per mettere i freezerini, la tranquillità, la pulizia e la posizione. L’arredo curato ed una attenzione ai dettagli…

Tutto. Un soggiorno PERFETTO. Bellissima ,funzionale e pulita struttura. Comodissima per il Castello Estense e per il parcheggio gratuito - ex MOF . Dotata di tutti i confort ( caffe, tisane, the,camomilla) , cortiletto tra i due lati della struttura dove abbiamo fatto colazione, spiegazioni da parte di Elisa impeccabili per il check in online ed il resto pur essendo in remoto. Abbiamo cenato in uno dei locali consigliati ( e ci siamo dimenticati di chiedere lo sconto! :-). I bagni sono ampi , dotati di radio 📻 e di bagnoschiuma/doccia. Gentile e disponibile anche la Signora che si occupa della pulizia delle stanze. Abbiamo utilizzato tre stanze ( due coppie + mia mamma ed io)

Gentilezza, pulizia, vicinanza al centro, eleganza, attenzione ai dettagli e un rapporto qualitá/ prezzo piú che ottimo. Oltre alla struttura bella ed elegante abbiamo apprezzato l attenzione ai dettagli come lo spazio dedicato per il deposito bagagli prima dell ingresso e dopo il checkout e la gentilezza di chi ci ha comunicato le informazioni. Ottima esperienza
