The property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was in a great location overlooking the Common with grazing horses. Within walking distance of the city centre and the Bomber Command Centre. The owners were really nice too.

From start to finish, we could not fault are stay, the food was the best we have had in Lincoln, are host's could not have done anything better, the room was clean and big and the atmosphere was relaxed.
