Wonderful selection for breakfast, able to provide vegetarian breakfast option. Friendly, gave information and advice on where to go and what was happening in Lincoln that weekend. Enjoyed the peaceful view over the park from my beautiful room. Could not ask for more, thank you.

There is a 10 minute walk across busy roads into town which was fine for us
