Best guest house we have ever stayed in by a mile! A beautiful quiet location with the city centre easily reached by foot (around 15-20 minute pleasant walk) Plenty of places to park. The guest house was clean, beautifully decorated and furnished sympathetically to the period of the property-a real pleasure to be in! Lovely hot shower, comfortable bed and breakfast was superb! Deborah and Gordon were excellent hosts and most helpful regarding the local area. We shall definitely be staying here again and have already recommended to all our friends!

The Guest house was beautiful in a nice quite location but in easy reach to the center of Lincoln, everything was clean and bed was very comfortable, nice view of cathedral from our room. The breakfast was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, they even packed a little breakfast goodie bag for our friend who had an early train booked. They let us leave our bags until later so we could walk around Lincoln on the Sunday before we caught our train.

Very friendly welcoming when we arrived. We were also able to have our room earlier than check in, with no extra fuss at all. Room was big enough, with a very comfy bed. En-suite was clean and spacious as well. Breakfast in the morning was yummy. A nice cooked full English. No complaints at all.

A beautiful period property with incredible views over south commons. Fabulous shower in the en suite. I don’t think you could pay to get a better breakfast elsewhere

Very clean accommodation. Lovely Victorian house. Good antique furniture. Very comfortable bed. Very nice shower with good shower gel and shampoo. The breakfast was super. Full English, cereal, fruit, lots of tea and coffee.
