This is an amazing character property centrally located in Lincoln just a short walk from the Castle and the Cathedral, which includes parking behind an electric gate. Our room had the top part of one of the Chapel windows in it, the room was very clean and the bed comfy. Wendy welcomed us when we arrived and showed us to our room, in addition to the usual tea and coffee facilities there was fresh orange juice in the fridge. We chose a time for our breakfast to be left at our door in the morning, which was a lovely warm croissant and a yoghurt. Thank you for a lovely stay, we look forward to returning. Pete

Amazing location, lovely and helpful staff, comfortable room. Everything very much as described.

The room is getting a little tired and would benefit from a light refresh, but everything is of good quality.

Fantastic location near the castle and cathedral. Parking is good but note it is under trees. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast supplied in a bag in the morning was great. Just what we needed. Thank you

"Fantastic boutique hotel minutes from Lincoln Cathedral"

The property is so quirky and so well maintained and location is fantastic so close to the cathedral. Parking is also available and included which is a great perk. The room feels luxurious and the quality of the items in the breakfast bag was great. The breakfast tray to have breakfast in bed was a lovely idea. Nespresso machine also much appreciated. Fan was provided and was already on when we arrived (since the room was warm). Comfortable bed so highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if visiting Lincoln
