Great location with the bonus of onsite parking. . Lovely building beautifully renovated. Fridge in the room with water, orange juice and fresh milk was great.

Very characteristic, lovely breakfast too

It was a beautiful place and in a great location and value for money. We received a very warm welcome from the member of staff on arrival and was showed to our room. The room was absolutely stunning and everything you could have wanted was there.

A charming converted church, it had its own parking lot, which may have been the church graveyard. The property was just down from the castle and the cathedral, partway down Steep Hill, so the location was great. They had no kitchen, but hung a breakfast on your doorknob in the morning.

I was there during a heat wave that hit 94 degrees Fahrenheit one day, and mid-80s the other days. My room was upstairs, and had no air conditioning, so sleep was nigh on impossible before it cooled off after 10:00. The breakfast they provided was one cup of flavored yogurt and a croissant with butter and jam. Not much of a breakfast. Having it delivered to your room has its ups and downs: Up is you don’t have to wash or dress for breakfast; Down is you’re deprived of the option to interact with other guests, and, because the only table in the room is a small occasional table, buttering the croissant is a bit cramped, a little like eating an airline meal.

Location was beautiful and building unusual and steeped in history. Close to cafés shops and restaurants. Room was well appointed and the mini fridge with fresh milk, orange juice and chilled water was a welcome extra. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was very welcome in the 30 plus temperature.

Breakfast for gluten free guest was poor. This would not stop me from returning to this beautiful hotel. A real gem

location was perfect for where we needed to be for madness show at castle, Room was beautiful, We had continental breakfast hung on the door for us fresh the next morning and was lovely, you arrange the time when you book in. staff was great, parked us up and booked us in quickly, The fridge with the juice and water was great for a hot day. the coffee pod machine and selction of teas and coffee's was also a nice touch. All soaps ECT in bathroom and enough towels. Room was perfect temperature

only downside was the bathroom needed some TLC loo roll holder hanging off the wall, some floor tiles cracked and move but other then that was amazing,
