Fabulous location in the cathedral quarter. Beautiful and atmospheric building. Very comfy room. Nice touch with the complimentary croissant etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"The Old Palace Lodge"

Lovely building. Enjoyed the continental breakfast being left outside the door each morning.

The car park area was under an enormous tree. When we came to collect the car it was filthy. We couldn't drive away without cleaning the windows as it was impossible to see through them. Residue from the tree and bird poo were all over the car. If this had been pointed out on arrival we would have parked elsewhere.

"A quirky stay on the top of the hill"

Location to castle and cathedral was fantastic

The space was tight on the right hand side of the bed as there was a small table and chairs restricting the access .
