Location 10 to 15 minute walk from train station. Owner provided a map of the town and instructions to which bus to take to see things further out. The room was very large with queen bed and twin. It also had a sit in kitchenette with frig and stove top. Water pressure great in the shower.

The room was very large and comfortable. Central location in the historic part of Tivoli, close to Villa D'Este and Villa Gregoriana, strategically located to visit the city. Close to many dining locations, but very quiet in a small side street. Also conveniently close to the public parking of Piazza Massimo. The host was very helpful to make our accommodation comfortable.

Breakfast offering is in the average.

Excellent town centre location within staggering distance of train station. Paolo made us very welcome and showed English version videos of Hadrian's Villa in the breakfast room. Good location for bars/restaurants/shops.

the ice compartment of the fridge didn't freeze my ice cubes, but that wasn't a problem as the cafe downstairs kindly gave me some

Paulo and his wife went out of their way to help us. Paulo personally met us at the square upon arrival. My wife had recent foot surgery and walking was difficult. They helped us with our luggage. Upon departure, Paulo's wife even carried luggage across the bridge to meet our driver and did not want us to tip her. They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. Makes us want to return sooner rather than later.

Perfect location, great host, simple but very clean rooms.

Staff greeted us, and when I said we had just arrived from the United States, he made the room introduction brief knowing we wanted to rest. The room was clean, and the bed incredibly comfortable. The location was fantastic.
