My family really enjoyed this place. The location was central to everything, so we were able to walk everywhere, even to the train station and villas. Being in the Old Town was really fun and charming. Our unit was super clean. The breakfast was traditional Italian style with a wonderful coffee/hot chocolate machine. Our host was helpful, flexible and fixed things quickly when we needed help. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day ourselves!

I would have liked more protein for breakfast like boiled eggs, sliced meat or something. I realize that's probably not very Italian, but it was sugary and high carbohydrate for what I am used to. There was cheese and yogurt, but otherwise it was pretty much bread and cakes.

Very helpful (great English speaker) Paolo, host at an excellent comfortable hotel located in the centre of town, surprisingly very quiet and peaceful unlike the hustle and bustle and expense of Rome. Only a 5 min walk to main attractions Villa D'Este. 2 min walk to local bus stop for Villa Adrianna at 3 euro return. Reasonable prices good quality and choice (we found a 1.50 euro for cappucino, 3 euro small pizza) at cafes and restaurants.

Great location, super friendly host and workers

I had a great stay here and am so glad I decided to spend a night in Tivoli rather than just visiting on a day trip from Rome. The owner was friendly and communicative, the room was well equipped (including a kettle!) and the breakfast was perfect.

No lift

The room was great and quite spacious, with a big kitchenette as well. The bed was amazing. The area is also great, right in the heart of Tivoli. You can get out, walk and enjoy. There are plenty of bars around to get an awesome, Italian espresso and breakfast/lunch/dinner.

The breakfast was not good. The coffee was "vending machine" coffee, not fresh, and just a few packaged pastries were available to eat, all sugary. Not a deal breaker, since everything else was great. Just don't expect a good breakfast.
