Staff, cleanliness of rooms, toilets not flushing then being told to use toilets in friends room with no effort to rectify the issue. Staff were rude, bathroom door didn't close, tiles on floor bouncing, carpet was filthy, overall sh*****e
IEThe room itself is nice for a night out, two beds + a shower, it's in a nice location bang on in the city centre, very close to everything, overall had a nice stay + the beds were comfy
There was rarely any staff there, so it led to some confusion on how to check in / check out, access the room etc. In one of the drawers there was trash stuffed from previous people who booked that room.
IEIt’s a good place to stay according with the price that you’re paying. It’s one of the cheapest hotel in the city so you can’t expect too much as you’re paying less than the usual. All the facilities was good and the hotel was clean. The shower didn’t turned on properly but was okay too.
