Modern room with an excellent bathroom incl shower . We particular enjoyed the balcony terrace with lovely furniture, as made of glaa gave great views of jungle and mountains

The bed was not the most comfortable for us , however that is based on preferance, and other clients may find it great. Fresh towels could be supplied after 2 days.

Great place. The owner (Nano, I hope I spell it correctly) is very friendly and willing to help at any time (he also owns a restaurant on the beach). The rooms are specious, comfortable, balcony and large bathroom. I found the place very clean, and cleaning service is available upon request. The location is fantastic, very close to the heart of Patnem (one great street that leads to the beach with many shops around). Tons of restaurants, cafes and groceries nearby, plus the TikTok service who can take you to lovely Palolem, which you can walk if the weather is good, only 3 KM distance. I highly recommend the place. Not the cheapest one, but value for the money is the best. We'd love to come back again.

Only downside is the hot water... They use solar system, which is great of course, but no backup for this.... So if the hot water runs out at night.... Well 😊. But, most of the time (we spent 9 nights, 3 rooms) we had no problems. Having that said, I still rate it as a big 10!

Very big and clean rooms with a large balconies. Staff is friendly and helpful.

All great! The only thing I would add is a mosquito net in the bathroom.
