Clean, comfortable large bed, plenty of hot water for showers. Lovely large balcony with comfortable chairs. Very helpful staff.

I rarely give 9 or 10 reviews but this place was fantastic. New apartment block overlooking local fields & trees ( from rooms on right hand side of block). Vast well appointed rooms with kettle and fridge to make morning tea and chill Kingfisher beers. Huge v comfy beds. Constant hot water and decent shower pressure. Good sized balcony with 2 easy chairs and drying rack for swimwear. 5 min walk from Patnem beach and 3 restaurants within less than 1 minute walk. Quiet location at night. Highly recommended!

A bit noisy from the street side but did not bother us too much

My room at Om Shanti Residence was very spacious with high ceilings, plenty of cupboard space with a desk and chair. The bed was huge and comfortable with cotton bedding. Numerous plug sockets and light options, ceiling fan and air conditioning. A kettle with tea and coffee making is available as well as a small fridge. The bathroom was a little tired but fully functional with a rainfall shower. The room has sliding doors that lead out onto a nice sized furnished balcony. My room was west facing, so it got the sun all day. The balcony overlooks woodlands and is full of wildlife, birds and butterflies. Although this is not a beach front property, you can hear and glimpse the sea through the palm trees. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away.

I cannot fault Om Shanti Residence. There is nothing I did not like

The property is very clean and a few steps from the beach. we initially wanted to go to palolem beach and the residence is at 10 minutes with a tuc tuc - however we ended up going there only once: the beach near the residence (putnem) is much less crowded, has many restaurants and bars and great hospitality - it was very relaxing.

room was perfect, staff was nice and helpful (they booked a taxi for us at a good quote).

We liked being off but very close to the beach. Nana and his staff were very helpful. It is a very modern house, with everything that you need. Good air con, good shower. Fridge and kettle. Coffee and tea provided as needed. They also own Om shanti beach restaurant, where the waiters were very friendly and where we had a good breakfast with a good cup of coffee.. We liked staying in Patnem. You can walk to Palolem which we did on alternate days

Leaving and finding out they are fully booked next year when we hoped to return!
