Om Shanti Residence

The owner Nanu and his staff is very helpful and very nice people. The location is very convenient, easy access to the beach and local restaurants , also close to Turtle beach, which is a very serene beach in south. The room is very spacious , easy to relax or to work... We found what we have been looking for. We reccomend this place.

Beautiful spacious clean fresh room and bathroom. Room has kettle, fridge and our room also had large balcony overlooking palm trees and a field. It is only a five minute walk to Patnem beach, and it’s nice to be away a little. Patnem is nice and quiet very little traffic no hassle, plenty of restaurants and just a few shops around

Fantastic location, walking distance from the beach but still peaceful. Clean rooms that were a good size and nice balcony too. Wish we could stay longer really

They could do with a sign closer to the entrance gate, the cab struggled to find it initially and it was only when we went for a walk later in the day we actually saw the hotel sign.

Was not hard to locate

It was not clean enough and facilities were not great, not value for money.

Comfortable beds, large space to be in room and balcony. Good shower when water working.

Most of the things on the description of the hotel weren’t there. For example … there were no Mountain View’s, no laundry service (this is down the road), there was no garden, just to name a few.

Good location. Had the potato be really good but wasn’t. Lovely views. Kindly leant me an adaptor.

Not clean enough. No hand or hair towels. Bathroom, windows, patio doors unclean. Pillows tiny, cheap and uncomfortable. Worst thing was AC didn’t work. Member of staff came up, but he thought it was working and it wasn’t. Had to have the noisy fan in all night and still boiling hot. When we checked out we told them AC didn’t work and all we got was a shrug.

Everything, the staff and our room were perfect. I did ask for a room overlooking the jungle as people moaned about the noise on the front, but we were given a room on the front. So glad we were, loved it , watching wildlife (especially the monkeys)and watching all the goings-on in Goa. Nanu and Sanket run a great guest house and shack on the beach, serving great food and drinks with lovely staff.

Nothing not to like

Room was very spacious. We had a family room with two of the biggest beds I've ever seen. Modern, stylish furnisgings. Lovely bathroom with great shower. Large balcony with comfy chairs. Very clean. Location great. Staff really friendly
